This operational, front-line knowledge – and honest, problem-solving approach to engineering – means he is an instant hit with customers large and small.
Originally from Italy, Qaiser spent 24 years travelling the world to install and commission shredding technology, for customers large and small. But now that he calls the UK home, he has brought his wealth of mechanical and electrical expertise to UNTHA. Based in the Midlands, he is ideally located to work on sites the length and breadth of the country, and will provide an extra – and very talented – pair of hands for our busy team.
Mack Theakston brings plenty of technical expertise to his role as service engineer at UNTHA UK, drawing from hands-on experience in installations, repairs, and diagnostics of large beam saws, stacking systems, robots, and shredders. Having worked around the world for IMA Schelling UK, Mack’s knowledge spans a diverse range of machinery and brands, giving him a solid foundation for troubleshooting and optimising shredder performance.
Mack first became familiar with UNTHA during a visit to our HQ in Austria with a previous employer, an experience that inspired his enthusiasm for our high-performance shredding technology. In his role, Mack’s background in global machinery servicing enables him to ensure our equipment operates safely and efficiently, providing valuable support to our clients.
Keen to join the ranks of a world-leading shredder specialist, Mark became part of the UNTHA engineering team in 2024. From farming and quarrying to mineral processing, cement, biomass, recycling, and more, he’s no stranger to niche, and increasingly complex, sectors. He also revels in a challenge. So, when it comes to improving the reliability and efficiency of our customers’ machinery, you’ll find Mark in his element.
As well as providing service, repair, and installation support for our full product range, he offers strategic advice to keep shredders running at peak performance.

From spare and wear parts sales, to preventative maintenance packages, operator training, and much more, she is always on the other end of the phone or email for enquiries large and small. But with an extremely customer-facing role she’s no stranger to site visits either. Her goal is to deliver a consistently outstanding UNTHA experience, whether you’ve had one of our shredders for ten weeks or ten years!
