VIP customer showcase proves a hit!
There were certainly some tired colleagues in the office last Friday as we reflected on our two hectic VIP customer showcases. We’d spent weeks preparing for the events, which saw us welcome a number of new and long-standing clients to our North Yorkshire HQ. And we put a lot of effort into making the showcases a success.
But attendee feedback shows that all this hard work was completely worthwhile!
On average, we have scored 4.8 out of 5 for the events, which included a jam-packed agenda covering:
- Shredder trials
- Machine configuration advice
- Process optimisation tips
- Guidance on the shredder procurement process including the new options available with UNTHA Finance
- An insight into machine rebuilds
- And more…
Lunch – provided by local caterers Food For Thought – deserves a special mention too!
Visitors were also given a first look at our newly refurbished shredder test centre, which now hosts more machines for operators to trial with their own materials.
Commenting on the reason for opening the doors to UNTHA UK’s HQ, managing director Marcus Brew said: “Our transparency is a huge part of why clients like working with us. We also hope we have a vast amount of knowledge to share. That’s why we crammed as much as we could into these two one-day events. It’s all part of us providing a value-adding service to the organisations that choose to do business with us.
“The shredder demonstrations seem to have been the most popular element. We tackled varied input materials including WEEE, pallets, plastic drums and more, so I think this section of the day showed attendees just what our equipment is capable of.
“Based on the feedback provided by our guests, we’ve decided to make these events a regular annual milestone in the calendar. We hope that they will grow to become something that people look forward to attending, so they can learn, network and improve their waste operations.”
