How UNTHA UK supported budding osteopath

Amy Crompton - osteopath

UNTHA UK is proud to congratulate Amy Crompton, daughter of our finance controller, Liz Crompton, on becoming a fully qualified osteopath. This is a major milestone in Amy’s career, and we are delighted to have supported her on the journey.

Amy’s passion for understanding the human body and helping others began through her experiences as a competitive swimmer and coach. Her curiosity led her to pursue osteopathy after witnessing the healing power of the body during her time observing her swim coach’s practice. With her growing interest, she embarked on her studies at the European School of Osteopathy in Kent.

Back in 2021, UNTHA UK supported Amy’s studies by sponsoring her through an additional qualification in Sports Massage. Our managing director Marcus Brew recognised the challenges Amy faced while studying in the midst of a pandemic and provided this support to help her gain valuable practical experience.

Fast forward to 2024, Amy has not only graduated with a First-Class Master’s degree in Osteopathy but was also awarded the prestigious Top Performing Student prize. During her studies, she expanded her expertise further, completing additional qualifications in Sports Massage, Acupuncture, and Dry Needling. Now, she is committed to helping patients of all ages with a wide range of conditions.

“We’re very proud to have supported Amy on her journey to becoming a fully-qualified osteopath,” said Marcus Brew. “It’s great to see her hard work and dedication pay off, and I’m sure she’ll make a real difference to the lives of her patients.”

Amy is currently practicing at both Ripon Natural Health Centre on Tuesdays, Fridays, and alternate Saturdays, and Northallerton Osteopaths on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Good luck and congratulations, Amy, we look forward to witnessing your career success unfold.
