Well, this crazy year is nearly over.
In our 50th year of business we’ve debuted screens over on Channel 4, launched our condition monitoring tool UNTHA Genius, and even kickstarted a new webinar series! In truth, there have been lots of exciting moments in and amongst the difficult times spent separated from family and friends, and we hope you can likewise reflect on some milestones to be proud of, during a very tricky 2020.
For a little structure and familiarity as we transition into 2021, we’re here to share our opening, closing and on-call dates for your diary, to continually support you to the standards you expect, during the holidays.
If your desired product is in stock, the last day for ordering is the 18th December (standard delivery) or the 23rd December (express delivery). Non-stock parts can be ordered at any time for delivery in the New Year. To place your order, please call our parts department on 01423 320843.
If you need to get in touch with our team in the office, we’ll be logging off midday, Thursday 24th December and will be back on Monday 4th January 2021, ready for your business enquiries and any burning questions.
In the event you need urgent engineering support for your UNTHA shredder during the festive period, our engineers will be available on the 29th – 31st December, between the hours of 8am and 5pm – offering up their technical advice if required. Over in Austria, our HQ facility will be closed Thursday 24th December – Sunday 10th January. However, in urgent cases, our service team will be available on their emergency contact number 0043 664 200 1010, to take care of your requests between 07:00 – 17:00 (CET), 28th – 30th December 2020.
