Your opinion counts – waste and recycling poll launched
Keen to understand the thoughts and opinions of wider professionals within the waste and recycling sector, UNTHA UK has launched a new online poll.
Posing a different question every month, the quick and easy research exercise will hopefully uncover some interesting statistics about alternative fuel production, WEEE, confidential waste handling, EU recycling targets, MRFs, local authority waste collection services and more.
The brainchild of UNTHA UK’s managing director Chris Oldfield, the poll is designed to offer a simple way for people to anonymously share their industry views. The overall results will be analysed at the end of every month, before being published for all to digest.
Commenting on the poll launch, Chris said: “At UNTHA, we’re renowned for having knowledge and opinions that we are passionate about sharing. But we want more people to come forward and have their say about topics relevant to the wider waste and recycling environment. Then, when we’ve analysed the findings, we’re armed with valuable statistics to share with the media, communicate to others and potentially help instigate positive change.
“It only takes 10 seconds of someone’s time to participate, so we’re hoping this may be a popular new section of our website, that people will share with their peers.”
