UNTHA team member secures promotion
A popular member of UNTHA UK’s Boroughbridge team has secured a promotion that will help enhance the customer buying experience.
Senior sales coordinator Sharon Annat has progressed to the role of Sales Process Manager. Providing an integral link between the business development team and after sales function, Sharon will ensure the smooth transition of every new project.
The move will see her take on new responsibilities such as the continued review and improvement of the sales process; sales reporting for the senior management team; and prospect data analysis. Utilising her strong communication skills and extensive sales background, she will also offer a single point of contact, internally, for sales queries large and small.
Commenting on Sharon’s development, UNTHA UK’s managing director Chris Oldfield said: “Sharon is a very strong team player which means she will slot effortlessly into this role at the heart of every customer sale. She also understands the mechanics of a streamlined, efficient and effective sales process, which will benefit clients and our business alike.
“She has given a lot to the company since she joined us in November 2013, and I look forward to seeing her progress further as this role evolves.”
Sharon herself adds: “As our business develops, we must strive to work ever smarter. A robust, informed and well managed sales process is therefore crucial. This will help us to fulfil every project requirement, however technical, from the exploratory system design and quotation stages, through to the plant commissioning and beyond.
