Energy from Waste Conference 2016 to host UNTHA UK
Alternative fuel production experts UNTHA UK will once again attend the globally acclaimed Energy from Waste Conference, in London.
Every year the two day event promotes discussion and debate among an international audience of thought leaders and key decision makers. And it looks set to be a calendar highlight once again, with the programme promising to cover topics such as EU policy, the circular economy, project finance, technological innovation, best practice and compliance.
Why is UNTHA attending?
As a world-renowned provider of shredding solutions for the Waste to Energy, cement, gasification and biomass markets, UNTHA UK is a regular face at the conference. Two of the company’s most experienced waste experts will attend the back-to-back seminars, and will also be on hand to talk to delegates on a one-to-one basis during refreshment and networking breaks.
Managing director Chris Oldfield explains: “This is a very important and thought provoking event which is why we don’t just blend in with the crowds – we have our own stand so people can find us.
“For years we have led the way when it comes to next generation technology for the processing of MSW, C&I waste, bulky waste and waste wood. But our commitment to innovation never stops. We therefore expect interest in our all-new XR waste shredder to be very significant at this year’s event.
“However our industry insight is as highly sought after as the shredding solutions we manufacture. So, every year without fail, our RDF and SRF specialists are inundated with queries from global waste operators, keen to work increasingly smarter. And we’re happy to help. That’s why our presence at the conference is crucial, for both our company and delegates alike.”
What to do next?
The key topics that UNTHA UK will be covering on the EfW Conference stand this year include: profitable RDF production and SRF production, mobile shredding, plant energy efficiency, noise minimisation, fire suppression, application flexibility and best practice maintenance regimes, to name just a few.
The Energy from Waste Conference (in association with Recycling & Waste World) will take place at the Royal College of Surgeons, London, on 24-25 February 2016. Pre-booking is essential. Tickets can be purchased online: http://www.efwconference.com/book/.
